Samaritans Purse

   Shoe Box Appeal

"The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ".

We promote and encourage Church members and the community to fill a shoe box (or two) and give a gift to someone who would otherwise have nothing.

"And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose." Matthew 10:42

The boxes will be blessed at a Sunday service before being despatched.

For further information regarding the appeal contact Denise Whybrow via the parish office. Samaritan's Purse Website
